Jeewanpur a high ground area of Dhading Nepal. Lack of water, water resources and proper development. But often rough road leads to good destination. Jeewanpur also one the destination to hang around for hike, good air and experience organic local production.

Jeewanpur is kingdom of Lychee. You will get the fruit every corner of Jeewanpur. You can have Lychi blossoms from Jestha month and have fruit from Ashad. But you need to go through mud and very rough road to have fresh mouthful lychee.

Plum a sweet and sour waterful of small fruit. You can have plum fruit in every hous of Jeewanpur. It blossoms in Jestha month. So if you lover of plum and like stomach full of plum get to Jeewanpur in Jestha month.

Except this you can have more organic fruit and vegtables in Jeewanpur Dhading. Most of household do agriculture so local are more experience in such organic production. The only difficulties is to get there. Because of the hilly region and unmanaged roads. Development taking place but very slowly also becasue of poor budget distribution. Thank you.

Jiwanpur A Short Overview

Jiwanpur, nestled in the hills of the Dhading district, is a picturesque locale situated to the north of the Dharke highway. A mere 6 km journey from the main road will bring you to this enchanting destination, which lies approximately 25 km from Sitapaila and 35 km from Nagdhunga. The area is renowned for its crisp, refreshing air and the undulating beauty of its hills. Visitors can also witness the rich tapestry of diverse and organic agricultural practices that adorn the landscape.

Atop the highest hill of Jiwanpur stands the revered Kalika Mandir, where a brass lion statue proudly guards the entrance. From this vantage point, one can soak in the panoramic views stretching across Dhading to Nuwakot. Historically, Gurkhas would pause at this temple during their journey to deliver fulpati to Hanumandhoka, and remnants of an old army encampment echo this storied past.
